A"Buyer's Broker"  OR  "Buyer's Agent" is an agent who works exclusively for and on behalf of a BUYER in a transaction.

A " Buyer's Broker" OR "Buyer's Agent" does not work for or represent the SELLER in a transaction

As a "Buyer's Broker"  OR "Buyer's Agent" we will show our clients or Buyer's all properties that they are interested in buying.
We are paid the same seller-authorized commission split that is offered across the board by a seller to any agent who brings a Buyer.

WHO PAYS THE SALES COMMISSION?

The SELLER pays the sales commission to the Sellers Agent and Buyer's Agent as stipulated in the sales listing contract.
Except in certain SHORT SALE or FORECLOSURE CONTRACTS , where a Bank is involved, the buyer may be obligated to pay a predetermined amount that would be stipulated in a Buyer's Broker Agreement.
